B'COOL Products manufactures fenders for all popular large tire applications from the 200 tire for rigids through the 330 mm Avon as well the new 280/40-20. Front fenders are available for all 21" through 26" diameter front wheels.
B'COOL Pro-Builder Skintite Series fenders are offered in various widths, diameters and gauges from 13 gauge (.089") to 10 gauge (.134"). All B'COOL Products fenders are built to exacting specifications and are designed to fit the tire manufacturer's cross-sectional tread profile. The 'UNCUT' Pro-Builder Series offer blank front and rear fenders which allows the Craftsmen to cut their own ideas into metal offering the utmost in creativity. Our 'FORESKIN' Series front fenders offer several precut models ready for mounting. Several matching rear fenders are also available. Custom CNC Plasma cutting is also available saving valuable time and money to shop owners and do-it-yourselfer's alike.
Quality Features
- Spun from 10, 11 or 13 gauge cold rolled mild steel flat sheet
- 10 and 11 gauge rear steel fenders (FCF Series) for 250, 280, 300 and 330 mm tires. By far the strongest fenders offered on the market to date!
- CNC Plasma cut for precision and repeatable accuracy
- Fully TIG welded with 100% full penetration welds. Guaranteed not to split.
- All welds are planished and metal finished by hand
- Guaranteed to be straight for ease of installation (our proprietary reverse spinning process allows for stress free fenders that won't distort and spring apart when you start working with them)
- Minimum preparation required for painting
- Also available in aluminum (special order only). We can spin up to 8 gauge (3/16") aluminum and in most grades from 1100 (dead soft) up to 5052 H-32 alloy. Typically 3003 H-14 X 1/8" thick material is used.

1 pc. 14 gauge stamped fenders may not crack down the middle but they will crack on the bolt holes according to our customers. Properly welded spun fenders will not crack. We fully guarantee ours not to crack on the weld or on the bolt holes when properly mounted.
